About this event

Join Arizona State University (ASU), AZ Land, and Audubon Southwest for a fun, family-friendly workshop featuring art, papermaking, and discussions on the future of the Rio Salado habitat.

ASU PhD candidate Luke Ramsey will share his studies on the river's biodiversity, followed by a reflection session to learn more about you and your connections and hopes for Rio Salado. The program will include a short nature walk, reflection on the river's future, and end with a hands-on papermaking and art workshop using plant material harvested within the Rio Salado corridor.

Come celebrate nature and art with us as we explore our relationship with the river!
