Event Description:
Join AZ(LAND) at the Desert Botanical Garden’s annual Día de Muertos Festival for a hands-on, family-friendly activity honoring the monarch butterfly—a powerful symbol of migration, memory, and transformation. Participants of all ages will engage in a 10–15 minute make-and-take activity, creating art inspired by the monarch’s journey while learning about its cultural and ecological significance.

This interactive activity will be available throughout the festival as thousands gather to celebrate life, remembrance, and community.
