Superbloom: Celebrating Desert Pollinators

AZ(LAND) is partnering with Desert Botanical Garden (DBG) for the upcoming 26-27 Community Tuesday events celebrating Sonoran Desert ecology, Indigenous knowledge, environmental and climate justice, art, and community science. 🦇🌵 Discover the magic of desert pollinators!

Join AZ(LAND) and Desert Botanical Garden for an interactive Community Tuesday celebrating the ecological relationships that sustain the Sonoran Desert. Participants will explore the important role bats and other pollinators play in supporting native desert plants, including agaves and saguaros.

Through hands-on bat crafts, educational resources, and conversations about desert biodiversity, families will learn how pollinators contribute to healthy ecosystems and why protecting these relationships matters for environmental sustainability.

This experience combines art, science, and place-based environmental education to strengthen our community's connection to the desert.
